1) Configure the backup vault
2) download vault credentials
3) download and install the backup agent
configuring the backup vault is the process on portal where we specify the source location to be backed up, after that we can download the agent but we cannot install it without vault credentials, so we need to download the vault credentials first than download and install the backup agent on source servers
