Folder 2 (set permissions) = Full Control
Folder 3 (edit all files) = Modify
Folder 5 (Create new files) = Write

Hm… does not “write” permission grant a permissions to edit files in Folder3? “Modify” will allow editing and deleting files which looks like an extra rights…
