You have an Exchange Server 2013 organization. Each office contains Exchange servers.
All users access their mailbox by using Outlook Web App. All of the users have a mailbox on a server
in their respective office.

Boston to Seattle does not have a direct link but has to go from Boston to New York to Seattle, so you have to add up the replication interval of both links (150+15=165)
Then if the new York-seattle link fails, the email needs to go through new York to get to seattle from boston so the email will get to new York fine as the other site link is fine and then it will be queued at new york
