RejectMessageOnShadowFailure : The RejectMessageOnShadowFailure parameter accepts or rejects
messages when a shadow copy of a message can’t be created. Valid input for this parameter is $true or $false.
The default value is $true.
When this parameter is set to $true, messages are rejected with the SMTP code 450 4.5.1. When this
parameter is set to $false, the message is accepted without making a shadow copy.
The number of attempts to make a shadow copy of the message and where to make the shadow copy are
controlled by the MaxRetriesForLocalSiteShadow, MaxRetriesForRemoteSiteShadow, and
ShadowMessagePreferenceSetting parameter settings.
