But Send an email invitation is already checked, so if you click it IT WON’T be checked!
Also, if the requirement allows annonymous users then do you not have to untick “Require Sign-In”?
You have to clear “require sign-in” here, otherwise external users (such as those potential customers) won’t be able to access the document.
