who knows, Small Business has been rebranded to Business Essentials and as per the service description public websites are no longer an option.

Can imagine B was right as it defies the original goal of having different sites/URL’s

You can only have one public website per custom domain, so B would be the correct answer – but Public Website is not an feature for new customers and for existing after March 2017.
