Remote Move Migration (requires Hybrid) use when 2000+ mailboxes, Exch 2010 / 2013 and IMAP migration is the only one that supports non Exchange mailboxes.
Cutover is not correct as is for under 2000 mailboxes and Staged migration is only for Exch 2003 / 2007.

One key thing to know is that Cutover and Staged Migrations use Outlook Anywhere (RPC over HTTPS) while Hybrid / Remote Move uses the Mailbox Replication Service (MRS) and the MRS Proxy
