DRAG DROP
An organization has an Office 365 tenant that uses an Enterprise E3 subscription. The organization
plans to migrate users to Office 365. You do not want users to install Office 365 ProPlus until you
complete the migration.
You need to prevent all users from self-provisioning Office 365 ProPlus.
Which three actions should you perform in sequence? To answer, move the appropriate actions
from the list of actions to the answer area and arrange them in the correct order.
Explanation:
As an Office 365 admin, you can use the User software page in the Office 365 admin center to
choose whether users can install Office software from the Office 365 portal. For example, you might
want to let users install Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, but not Visio. Whatever you decide to do, your
choice applies to all users.
To choose which Office software that users can install from the portal
Sign in to Office 365 with your work or school account.
Go to the Office 365 admin center, and then choose Service Settings > User software.
In the Manage user software through Office 365 section you’ll see a list of available Office software.
If the check box is selected, users can install that Office software. By default, all check boxes are
selected.
Clear the check box if you don’t want users to install that Office software.
If you make a change, click Save.Choose the Office software that users can install from the Office 365 portal

I hope this question will not be there cause whole process is different now..

– settings
– application (no user settings)
– software download settings
– uncheck what need
how can I possibly know what is correct answer?
I think they will go with the old method. And update for the exam is coming on June 30th. I imagine that from July 1st they will go with the new method.
Until today, you can still use the old Admin Center.
And verify that the answer is correct (what actually is).
Create localupdate.xml file with updates enabled $true and update path
create login script for a group of test users
Update with reviewed and approved every month (as required custom updates)
Unclear (again)….
“reviewed and approved” status can only be reached if the test users have new (released by MS) the software already installed.
So I would go for the “released updates every month” probably
I interpret “You have a group of test users that need *custom updates*.” to mean that they would only get the reviewed and approved updates.
There are two questions with the same answers set, the other question header is;
You are the Office 365 administrator for a company. You deploy Office 365 ProPlus. You plan to implement a software change control process for software updates.
Users receive a recent update. They report that they are now having issues with the product. You need to install future updates and prevent similar issues from occurring again.
Which three actions should you perform in sequence? The answer is;
1. Box number 1
2. Box number 2
3. Box number 5
Sorry for step 2 the answer is “Box 3” because The users who test updates should not be required to install updates.
Answer is correct for old version
