I disagree with the second selection.

Open the SharePoint Online Management Shell is unquestionably the correct first step.

The third step is also correct.

But for the second step, to login to SharePoint as the admin, you should use… Connect-SPOService – Url https://contoso-admin.sharepoint.com -credential [email protected]

Including the “-admin’ portion within the url is important. the -credential parameter is optional as you can enter the user name and password in the credentials box.
