You are the Office 365 administrator for your company. The company recently subscribed to
Office 365 ProPlus.
When performing a test deployment, you receive the following error message: “Windows
cannot find ‘C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office 15 \clientX64\integratedOffice. exe’. Make
sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. “
You need to successfully complete the test deployment.
Which two actions can you perform to achieve this goal? Each correct answer presents a
complete solution.
A.
Manually remove the registry subkeys associated with Office 2013, and then restart the
Office 365 ProPlus installation.
B.completely uninstall existing versions of Office 2013 and then restart the Office 365
ProPlus installation.
C.
Download the Office 365 ProPlus package to a file share, and then deploy Office 365
ProPlus by using Group Policy.
D.
Automate the installation of Office 365 ProPlus applications by using Microsoft System
Center Configuration Manager.
Just two actions. Should be A and D.
You would get the same error deploying through System Center. You must clean up the previous installation first.
Agree A and D only.
Wrong….if you deployed through system center you would need to have a pre-install script clean up the files/folders/registry entries from the old installation. It wouldn’t automatically do this by installing Office 365 ProPlus and the proposed answer doesn’t mention doing anything along those lines.
You tell ’em son
Where Is mentioned that you use System Center. I think A and B completely remove office 2013 and restart the installation.
i think A & B
im sorry its A and D
The answer is A & B because the issue deals with a conflict between Office 365 ProPlus and an existing Office installation. Both A and B could by themselves be a solution.
Deploying the installation through Group Policy or SCCM wouldn’t make a difference and you would still get the same error.
You should be apologizing for changing your mind and selecting the wrong answer:)
Its A and B….. how is installing with sccm going to help?? SCCM would just run into the same problem.
A and B

You’re testing deployment not testing the installation. I believe this should be A and D.
Wrong…deployment involves automatically pushing the installation to the endpoints and launching the installation routine. This is apparent because of the error message we are receiving.
The answer would either be A&B or C&D because each set is similar. C&D automatically deploying the installation to the endpoint and kick off a silent install. Unless you do something above and beyond the base install like a pre-install script to clean up the old remnants of the Office 2013 installation, kicking off the install via Group Policy or System Center isn’t going to matter.
You need to clean up the old installation. Only A&B describe doing that.
According to this, one of the answers is A
https://officeresolution.wordpress.com/2013/04/24/windows-cannot-find-cprogram-filesmicrosoft-office-15clientx64integratedoffice-exe-make-sure-you-typed-the-name-correctly-and-then-try-again/
It cant be A and B, for 1 very simple reason.
A says to manually remove the registry subkey associated with Office 2013 and restart the Office Pro Plus installation
Once you restart the Office Proplus installation, why would you chose B, which says completely uninstall existing versions of Office 2013 and then reinstall Office 365 Pro Plus?
D would be the second option, as B and C dont make sense with A, and D would be an alternate method to deploy Office 365 in a test deployment scenario.
So I chose A and D
The question says “Each correct answer presents a complete solution”.
So, according with this statement, A or B can solution the problem
You need help my friend.
The answer is “A”. Because:
For B: Even by Complete uninstallation of Office .. the two files will not get deleted .. you need to manually delete it .. or you need to use the “MICROSOFT FIX IT”.
For C: Forget about it , the problem has no link with group policy.
For D: CCM is only for installation.. NOT FOR TROUBLESHOOTING.
So in the last… the only way to fix this problem is by “A”.
“WETRAIN” answer is right and that blog is also ——— https://officeresolution.wordpress.com/2013/04/24/windows-cannot-find-cprogram-filesmicrosoft-office-15clientx64integratedoffice-exe-make-sure-you-typed-the-name-correctly-and-then-try-again/
As per
http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/office/forum/office_365hp-office_install/get-integratedofficeexe-error-when-i-try-to/c9df55b9-0137-4612-ad73-2cdba55be16b
First Go to Regedit –> HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office Then Delete Office 15.0
thrn Go to –> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office Then Delete Office 15.0
and Run Fix it for uninstalling Office 2013 as well
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2739501/en-us
So it’s possible A & B
But question stated to complete the test deployment, so using SCCM is the suitable second choice.
Because they ask for two actions the answer must be A & B.
It’s A and B, 100% sure of that because that was my answer during the exam and I had 100% on the corresponding section.
You self gloating bastard.
A and B only.
Answer would be A & B as you would need to completely remove Office from the PC in order to redeploy it.
Answer wouldn’t be D as SCCM is only used for deployment – not for troubleshooting/removing Office, therefore choosing this option – you would encounter the same error.
https://community.office365.com/en-us/f/685/t/84374
https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Uninstall-Office-2013-Office-2016-or-Office-365-from-a-Windows-computer-9dd49b83-264a-477a-8fcc-2fdf5dbf61d8?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US
Think A and D as in the Programs and Components already no MS Office, and In SCCM you can add a script which delete the necessary objects in the registry before a new install of office
I think there is only 1 answer as both answers have 2 actions.
SO Guarav and Wetrain are correct
It is not about automation but about the error – which is related to registry keys. SO you could completely uninstall the Office 2013 but that does not mean you wont need CC cleaner to make sure that the keys are completely gone. I think manually deleting it would do a better job. Answer is A.. IMO
Based on “TheSpy” exam the answer must be A and B. Also according to this post Microsoft don’t support the coexistence of an Office 2013 MSI and Office 2013 Click-to-Run installation on the same computer so sounds like a MSI install of Office 2013 is the problem – https://community.office365.com/en-us/f/172/t/292817
I think also A & B because each correct answer presents a “complete” solution. You got an error within the office 15 folder (what indicates to office 2013). With answer A and B you try to fix the problem and then deploy it again. With answer D I’m not sure of the error is gone and you don’t troubleshoot anything, it’s not complete. So I agree with robinhood, guarav and wetrain. Answer A & B.
Wow because this is great work! Congrats and keep it up
