This question could have two answers. A. because “Use a portable storage format” which a pass through disk would allow for the external drive to be accessed by the VM or it could be E. because of the ability to expand. It definitely isnt B or C because of the 2TB limit. And it isn’t D because that is fixed and kills the ability to expand. I would lean towards A because of it being an external drive that needs to be accessed by the VM.

Answer A because “Pass disk” give us allocate space (whole connected disk) & portable format (disconnect disk an move it)
First I think it is D but fixed is not portable

answer E? – why

I needs to expand. This narrows you down to C and E. Then it’s E because a VHD can only be 2TB and you need 3 so its VHDX.
