Share and Storage Management can only be used to managed Windows Server 2008 or 2008 R2 , so answer will be C disk part , or by MMC Computer Management > Disk Management

Just spent the better part of two days getting the free 2012R2 Hyper-V server going and it is indeed Diskpart.exe
