The question assumes to domain controller is active, then C is the answer if the choice is “dcpromo.exe” not “pcpromo.exe”. The preferred method is the Powershell cmdlet “Uninstall-ADDSDomainController”

dcpromo doesn’t exist in windows2012 so that’s not an option. bc it explicitely states “manual remove” i guess D is correct.
