It’s A because the question doesn’t list DNS as a requirement for the new server.

A is correct.
B is not possible in adding the ADDS role. Only after installation when you promote a server to Domain Controller do you have the option to install the DNS server role. But that’s a different wizard.
C and D just have nothing to do with the ADDS wizard.
