As you can see in exhibit GPO1 has slightly transparent color which means link of GPO1 is disabled. Also on the right side of exhibit you can see that there is no GPO1 in the Group Policy Inheritance window, which also means that GPO1 link is disabled. That’s why it’s not applied in OU1. You should right click on GPO1 object and select Link Enabled.
