Launch IIS Manager, go to the root of the site where WSUS is running and choose Edit Bindings. Choose the port you’re using for HTTPS (8531 if you’ve done a default WSUS role installation) and choose the appropriate certificate from the drop down list. If you’ve got a domain with an enterprise CA that’s automatically enrolling certificates correctly by policy you’ll have at least one certificate to choose from. If you don’t have any certificates then that’s a whole other can of worms that you’ve opened up and you’ll probably want to start reading up on Active Directory Certificate Services!
