I think A is just the least weak-minded answer compared to the others, just makes sense because you can configure an email recipient there…even though that poor dude may get spammed afterwards!
but in reality: wouldn’t you rather just add the email address in the send field you see in the first screenshot of this question? :-/

I think it’s “A”, because the question doesn’t tell if FSRM options Email notifications tab has been configured yet.
