easiest option would have been the GPMC – right click ou and click update however since that wasn’t one of the options…

lol that article even states that the /refreshpolicy switch has been replaced with gpupdate in server 2003!!! besides secedit was local as well.
gpmc would be the best answer, but B the only possible answer here.
