You cannot change a Quota into a AutoQuota or vice versa!

I believe this should be the AutoQuota option eg. B. because Folder1 already has quota, therefore you only need to refresh/ update them with the apply autoquota right?

I would think the AutoQuota rule would need to be created first before running the update cmdlet no?
