I think it should be the “Boot” tab. At the “Client” tab you can only select a Unattend File.

On second thought, Boot tab is for boot images, question states a install image which you can configure in a unattend file

Yes, answer is correct. You can automate process of selecting image to install by creating unattend.xml file and then selecting it in client tab
