my understanding of storage migration is that just the VHDs are moved to a different location, but the VM itself keeps running on the source host (“technical overview”):

so I find the question somewhat messy as it is not clearly stated if “you need to move VM1” also means that it should run on another host! if so then provided answer is wrong and you have to perform quick migration I think. Or did I misunderstand anything?
