You plan to deploy multiple servers in a test environment by using Windows Deployment
Services (WDS).
You need to identify which network services must be available in the test environment to
deploy the servers.
Which network services should you identify? (Each correct answer presents part of the
solution. Choose all that apply.)
A.
Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS)
B.
DNS
C.
DHCP
D.
WINS
E.

answer is ABC,see https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh831764.aspx
I think you may find its B and C. The test environment does not state its a Domain therefore AD DS not required
The question ask which “Network Services”.
If WDS is installed in Workgroup mode AD DS is not needed. – referencing the MS link you posted “AD DS is not required if the WDS server is configured in Standalone mode.”
AD is not needed for WDS. “Workgroup mode” allows it to run on it’s own.
I think the answer is ABC –
2. Active Directory –> The WDS server must be a member of a domain or be a domain controller in the domain. The latter is not recommended in a non-small network.

Ok You are right.
B and C
AD DS is not required if the WDS server is configured in Standalone mode.

The correct answer is B and C only since the question clearly says test environment.
