Your network contains an Active Directory domain named contoso.com.
You deploy several servers that have the Remote Desktop Session Host role service
installed.
You have two organizational units (OUs). The OUs are configured as shown in the following
table.
GPO1 contains the Folder Redirection settings for all of the users.
You need to recommend a solution to prevent the sales users’ folders from being redirected
when the users log on to a Remote Desktop session.
What should you include in the recommendation?
A.
FromGPO2, set the loopback processing mode.
B.
From GPO1, set the loopback processing mode.
C.
Configure security filtering for GPO1.
D.
Apply a WMI filter to GPO2.
Explanation:

by enabling loop back processing
When Sales Users (belonging to OU1 => GPO1)log on to RDP (belonging to OU2 => GPO2) then via Loop Back Processing the Users settings from GPO2 is applied to the sales users after the computer settings of GPO2.
Hmm, I don’t buy ANY of the individual answers as valid solutions.
A or B would be valid to ENSURE that GPO1 was applied, but the objective is to PREVENT redirection for the Sales users…
C – close but security filtering only sets ALLOWED use of the GP, not excluded users
I would say that B & D together would be correct. so the GPO1 user settings would be applied to all users regardless of the computer they logged onto, and then config a WMI filter on ‘OU=OU1’ to exclude the sales users only.
thoughts ??
