The question does not state that you have a DHCP server, so i think it should be B and D

It’s A and B. Those are always required. Discovery is optional and only necessary if the clients are not PXE-enabled or maybe if the WDS server is on another subnet and there are no IP helpers (I’m a little fuzzy on the latter but I think so).
