Actually all answers are incorrect if a requirement is that the remote apps are automatically added to start without any configuration done by the user.
The group policy should be configured with the url in the following format:
http://ServerFQDN/rdweb/Feed/webfeed.aspx where serverfqdn relates to the web server (http://microsoftplatform.blogspot.nl/2012/04/setting-default-remoteapp-connection.html)

B is fully correct if some user configuration is allowed. By configuring this policy setting users can enter their e-mail address in stead of the connection url when mannually creating the remoteapp and desktop connection (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=smgzLuymrws)
