Is the following statement about Hyper-V true or false?
Hyper-V does not support wireless networks
A.
True
B.
False
Explanation:
Hyper-V 2012 supports wireless (one of my VM is currently connected to internet using the wifi card ofmy
laptop…)
true that in 2008R2 it was not supported (unless many customizations, i know it as i did it)
Just tried it myself… Looks like Hyper-V since windows 8/2012 has no problem with wi-fi adaptors? Could be wrong but I just changed my V-Switch to use my WiFi Adaptor and it made the change without complaints. Changed it back to use my RJ45 Adaptor, no sweat. So it seems like WiFi is now supported in Hyper-V. This is on Windows 8… Does anyone know if it is different on server 2012 though? I Mean, Hyper-V is Hyper-V right?
according to this TechNet article it still does not support it. . .

Any other thoughts on this please?
looking here it is supported

Just not sure what the exam questions wants as the correct answer.
Seeing as it has been tested I am going to say the answer is A – saying that this could be a trick question whereby the question is asking if it is SUPPORTED. . . . not does it work and can it be configured.
