The idea is to match an answer to “the objects in the database be uniquely identified and addressed”

you needed to be able to identify each method and match the answer
“Each directory service has a way of identifying and naming the objects they will manage.”

A&B aren’t even close and only C can match a type of database and namin convension – X.500 standard, LDAP, distinguished names (DNs).
