i think this is wrong.
it says add the cluster using windows manager and says add it again by using the sql setup.
Correct me if i am wrong

You have to add it twice. The entire sql fail over cluster runs on a windows server failover cluster, so the node has to be part of that cluster. Then, the node can be part of the sql server failover cluster with sql server setup
