Seems like questions from 57 to 107 are from ITIL exam, not Azure 532.

There is a lot of new questions that arent listed here (forget about 57 to 107 those arent for 70-532).
There is two new cases (talking about : Cosmos DB, DocumentDB, Azure Search, Service Fabric Reliable Actors etc
Each cases starts first and its 5 questions per cases.
I also had 3 or 4 non case new questions that are not present here but not too hard.
What i had in the exam from here :
1,2,6,7 (similar but differently asked),8 (this question but you need to select 4 choice to be done in order for vmss), 9, 11,15,38,44,46,49,112, 115 (very similar but with 4 questions yes/no instead), 120, 130, 131,132,144, 158,160, 163,164, 166, 168 (only 5 options application logs wasn’t present), 169, 170,171,172,173,174, 177

i have taken the exam today, initial questions (26) were completely new and nothing I have seen in this one or in v5 dump set. later on second half had some from here, particularly the case study ones. Couple case studies were really new and I was clueless.. It was around service fabric and other one related to cosmos db case study. was managed to just clear . Thanks to @Toast and @fiber for your comments and guidance all the way thru instructing what is right and why. I just managed to clear. 🙂
