The output should have no impact unless doing linked templates which it doesn’t state. I am unsure why it is saying A is incorrect

I think the “You need to ensure that Azure services are deployed and updated identically.”
which means the deployment mode should be parallel, other than serial. Which should have nothing to do with OutPut.
