In the ActiveSync 4.5 Connection Settings dialog box, click The Internet in the This computer is connected to list.

In the ActiveSync 4.5 Connection Settings dialog box, select the Allow USB Connections check box and the Allow wireless connection on device when connected to the desktop check box.

On the Internet Sharing screen of the Windows Mobile device, set PC Connection to Bluetooth PAN and Network Connection to the Windows Mobile devices Internet connection.
