Both A and D need to be done. Is there a reason you’d do D before A?

An enterprise CA can only be installed on Enterprise or Datacenter editions. I would say that you’d need to perform the upgrade before joining to the domain, though I guess it could be done in either order.

Answer should be both A and D.

Question states Contoso.com CONTAINS a server named Server2. Which gives me the impression that it is already joined to the domain. I say answer should be A.
