Successivamente si marca L’OU ripristinato come autoritativo e via…

Restore the entire system to a single OU????
For me it makes more sense the answer A, so I can use the recycled bin!!!
Then you mark the OU as authoritative…

If you raise the Forest Functional level ,the OU will not be available to restore as it was deleted before.So C is correct.
