Reason: Password history is set to remember *24* passwords and the minimum password age is “1” day.

Therefore, a PREVIOUSLY used password cannot be used again for 24 days as the MINIMUM password age is 1 day.

Theoretically, if you were to change your password EVERY day for the next 24 days, you could then finally use a previous password.
