I believe D is correct. Because it says “you sync manually” so until you do not add the new app to your Products and Classifications and approve that, it wont appear for clients.

In order for the clients to get the updates for this application you would need to first sync with the (Microsoft Update) WSUS server (Option C).

Following that you will then need to select the product from the products and classifications page, then approve the updates for clients.
