from where do you get that the right answer is C? It’s B in my humble opinion seeing in the SIP Stack what comes in from IP-PBX to Mediation server
I agree with giuseppe. “Test Voice Routing” is a synthetic tool that helps you understand that outgoing path the calls will take, and how they will be normalized. It has NOTHING to do with inbound Direct SIP. Logging Tool is the best answer here.
