Set the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SoftGrid\4.5\Client\AppFS\State
registry value to0 and restart the computer.

Open an elevated command prompt and run the SFTMIME CLEAR APP command.

Download and run the csccmd.exe tool to clear the file cache.
