You support computers that run Windows 8 Enterprise. Company policy requires that
Microsoft Internet Explorer be the only browser allowed and supported.
You collect software metering data and discover that several users are running other
thirdparty browsers.

correct
yes very good joe
1- delete
2- run gpupdate/force
3- disable
Correct !!!
Maybe “Enforce Executable rules” should be in the end?
Correct
The order of actions in given answer is correct.
Edit group policy; delete applocker rules, disable application identity service and then run gpupdate /force on PCs.
Microsoft recommendation is “When using Group Policy, you must configure it to start automatically in at least one Group Policy Object (GPO) that applies AppLocker rules.” . When disabling applockers rules, you would disable service in same policy.
