The answer to this has to be A…..why would you boot each tablet with a usb, when you have an image on a wds?
Lol no its D as abi said…. you need to boot into PE to be able to rebuild a device.
You cant do anything with the wim from inside the existing OS.

Which is not possible with an USB device. So A is correct.

From WinPE you can apply an image from WDS.
