You support a customer with a Microsoft Lync Server 2013 environment.

Users who have their Client Policy set to WebSearchandFileDownload report that they are not
receiving updated information in the Lync address books. You need to ensure that users are able to
download the address book. What should you do?

Run the Update-CsUserDatabase cmdlet.

Browse to your Lync file share, located at \\fileserver\share\1-Webservices-1\ ABFiles\0000000-
0000-0000-0000-0000000000\000000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000. Delete all of the files,
and then run the Update-CsAddressBook cmdlet.
C.
Run the Set-CsAddressBookConfiguration -Identity Global -EnableFileGeneration Strue cmdlet.
D.
Delete the rtcab and rtcab1 databases, and then run the Install-CsDatabase -ConfiguredDatabases
cmdlet.
