What is the best practice when assigning IP addresses in a small office of six hosts?

Use a DHCP server that is located at the headquarters.
B.
Use a DHCP server that is located at the branch office.
C.
Assign the addresses by using the local CDP protocol.
D.
Assign the addresses statically on each node.
come on….for real? What do laptops do? are they not hosts?
They are, but apparently it’s best practice to just assign manual addresses when its a managable amount…
Personally, I’d setup DHCP for 1 host…
The only thing I give static addresses are servers/switches/routers, ect
