The Provisioning menu option is available in Cisco TelePresence Management Suite (TMS) only if Cisco TMS

The Navigator menu option opens the Navigator, which is where most system management tasks can be
performed. The following functions can be performed from within Navigator:
Add, replace, and purge systems
Add rooms and equipment
Open tickets
Add and remove ticket filters
View call status
Change connection parameters
View endpoint phone books
Set folder and system permissions
View logsThe Ticketing Service scans systems for configuration errors. The Ticketing Service menu option can be used
to view and correct these errors.
The Systems Overview menu option can be used to compare parameters on specified systems. The systems
are presented in a table view that can be exported to Microsoft Excel.
The Manage Dial Plan menu option can be used to modify dial plan settings for systems. These settings include
the system name, the H.323 ID, the E.164 alias, and the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Uniform Resource
Identifier (URI).
The Configuration Backup menu option can be used to create, monitor, and restore system configuration
backups. Restore operations can be performed immediately or scheduled in advance.
The Configuration Templates menu option can be used to create, modify, copy, and delete configuration
templates. These templates can be used to configure multiple systems with the same settings.
The System Upgrade menu option can be used to upgrade the software on systems. Systems that are
controlled by Cisco TMS or provisioned by Cisco TMSPE can be upgraded by Cisco TMS; systems that are
managed by Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CM) or are added to Cisco TMS as rooms or equipment
cannot be upgraded by Cisco TMS.
The Purge Systems menu option can be used to purge systems from the Cisco TMS database. Purged
systems are also removed from ongoing and pending meetings.
The Event Notification Manager menu option can be used to subscribe users to events. Users are notified by
