Configuring User Accounts
You can create a maximum of 256 user accounts on an NX-OS device. User accounts have the following attributes:
•Username
•Password
•Expiry date
•User roles
It depends to the platform. ABDF can be right (page 47):

In doubt I would choose BDF. That is more common (NX-OS).
