I don’t understand this answer.Even if no senders have been applied to that group, the SBRS (SenderBase Reputation Scores) of domains like red.public and orange.public are respectively -6 and -4. So, these domains would apply to BLACKLIST sender group and the policy applied to that group is BLOCKED. Normally, based of their SBRS, these two domains would be blocked by Cisco ESA.
I think that the answer would be B from my point of view
