Excuse me for mentioning this but we are talking about Oracle 11gR2 (11.2.0.1 to be exact) not 10g.
Please note that the version of oracle exam-ed in IZO-053 is 11.2.0.1 as stated here …

Yeah sure, RESETLOGs is required but this does not mean that
“Setting a new DBID for the newly restored database ”
should be ignored, it all depends on whether you are going to use RMAN to access this new database or not.
By the way, really want my advise ship these questions (they are of bad quality) and go to directly to 1Z0-053.
