7-byte network prefix plus a 12-byte End System Identifier plus 1 byte Selector.

B.
13-byte network prefix, a 6-byte End System Identifier plus 1 byte Selector

C.
12-byte network prefix plus a 7-byte End System Identifier plus 1 byte Selector

D.
11-byte network prefix plus an 8-byte End System Identifier plus 1 byte Selector
