Copper/fiber links have no connection whatsoever with network availability. On the contrary, fiber would be more prone to unidirectional failures than copper…
I believe the right answer should be ABC. Standby RP in access has no effect since we’re talking about users on a campus, not dual-homed servers in a DC.
