If by a basic mpls domain they mean vrf-lite then
We need IP addressing so A is not the answer.
Do we need an IGP? Static routing would work so surely B fits the answer.
We certainly don’t need LDP or TDP so C is certainly an answer.
CEF is required so not an answer.
A vrf is required even in vrf-lite. So surely E is NOT the answer.
The stand out one, assuming we run an IGP, is C. We do not need LDP or TDP.
You do not need a vrf to just run mpls and label switch across a network. Of course you never see it this way because you lose so much functionality.
