R7(config-if)#ip ospf database-filter all out so you are not be able to selectivly filter OSPF routes
A- looks very strange …
If I understand well this command only filter LSA during flooding and sync. For not break SPF, it’s important other paths are in place.
So B is for sure good, but I’m not sure for A
