I’m wondering why option A is “locally defined” and others aren’t. What is the difference ?
The only map that really exists is CoS-to-DSCP. All others have different names as of command reference:
mls qos map cos-dscp
mls qos map cos-mutation
mls qos map dscp-cos
mls qos map dscp-mutation
The question should be:
Which map is not locally defined? – Then A is correct
You can only configure those maps that modify the same source and destination variable.

A seems to be the only correct answer:
“You can set only similar values when you create a mutation map. For example, you can set cos-cos or dscp-dscp; you cannot set cos-dscp or dscp-precedence”:
